Fondue, raclette, double cream and many more specialities, just as they're known and loved in the Gruyère region, best enjoyed in good company and at a relaxed pace. That's exactly the feeling we wanted to keep, which is why we renovated the Chalet without taking away its soul; the warm wood throughout and the sense of having arrived.
